The Aspire S offers an integrated voice mail system called IntraMail in two sizes, 4 port/8 hour and8 port/16 hour. Both systems support up to 152mailboxes and offer interactive softkey operation on the display telephones. IntraMail’s integrated features include Automated Attendant, which helps incoming calls get answered and routed quickly and efficiently, and Fax Detection, which maximizes use of your telephone lines. Conversation Record lets you record a conversation when you can’t take notes fast enough. Answering Machine Emulation lets you screen calls to filter out unimportant calls before you answer. Caller ID with Return Call lets you call back the person that left you a voice mail as easily as pressing one key.

       AspireMail An optional digitally linked in-switch voice mail, provides sophisticated features that save time and money. Return call with Caller ID saves caller ID information for inside-and outside-originated calls. Answering Machine Emulation is helpful when you are waiting for an important call.It lets you listen while a caller is leaving a message for you. Message Center Keys allow two people sharing the same phone to have their own message waiting key. Each person can see if he/she has new messages. Conversation Record saves and records your conversation into your mailbox with the touch of a button. Park and Page allows a caller to page you before leaving a message. You can pick up the call from any station.

       IntraMail A plug-in "in-skin" full-featured, DSP-based integrated Voice Mail with Automated Attendant used on the Aspire S and Aspire M systems. Voice Mail ends the frustration and cost of missed calls, inaccurate written messages and telephone tag. This frees a company's busy receptionists and secretaries for more productive work. Automated Attendant automatically answers the system's incoming calls. After listening to a customized message, an outside caller can dial a system extension or use Voice Mail.

       AspireMail DMS In addition to powerful Voice Mail and Automated Attendant features, the new Aspire Mail DMS also offers the latest Desktop Messaging and Desktop Call Control technology. Aspire Mail DMS Desktop Messaging integrates your voice mailbox with your email inbox. Desktop Call Control is a Windows application that intercepts Automated Attendant calls to your extension, provides a screen pop identifying the caller, and offers call handling options. Aspire Mail DMS is available in two versions: 4 ports and 8 ports (both expandable to 16 ports). Both versions provide 1400 hours of message storage and 2000 mailboxes. Configuration options are easily customized using the Aspire Mail DMS embedded web server and your Windows  PC browser. Aspire Mail DMS is required for Desktop Messaging and Desktop Call Control.
